Onwards is founded and owned by aalruu and hhazbo, and we created a majority of the content that you see on the server! As owners, we adapt to every job that's needed of us, which means we can do anything from being a content member to moderating the server! Our job is to continuously create the guidelines and the content of the server that is in line with our values and our mission, and we can do so by delegating some of these tasks to the rest of the staff team, in particular, managers!
The job of a manager is to manage the or the ! Managers are selected by the owners after working their way up the hierarchy and building good rapport with the owners, indicating that they fit the exact needs and values of the server, which means they're trusted with tasks such as approving or denying staff applications, managing the details for Events and, in general, speaking on behalf of the server! Their job is to uphold the values of the server and to execute the vision that the owners created!
